|Storage||Batteries should be stored in a dry and cool area in an upright position.Store batteries on a solid surface that can safely accomodate their weight. Batteries can be safely stocked two or three layers high by using a secure stacking surface placed between each layer. When stacking batteries in layers, take care to secure battery terminals against short-circuit and to block and brace batteries that prevents any movement of the battery group. Please note that batteries need periodic stock rotation and service charging to ensure peak performance.|

We have sold over 1 Megawatt (One Million Watts) of used solar panels to happy customers.
These panels are working perfectly. There were installed on a solar farm, half of which was damaged in a hail storm so the insurance company is paying to replace the whole installation with larger 260W panels. These are the panels which were not damaged in the storm, and are all working 100% and only been installed for a few years. The output on these panels is fine, but some of them have a cosmetic issue called "snail trails" where there are some silver trails across the cells. This does not affect their performance, its purely a cosmetic issue and we have tested them to confirm they are fine. As with all used panels there may be some marks or scratchs from where they were installed and they need cleaning, but their performance is great and they are at an absolte bargain price.
These are great for use as 12V solar panels and an extremely popular size. You can use them with either an MPPT or a cheaper PWM controller.
We have a large batch but they will go quickly at this price.

What are Snail Trails?
They have no affect on output, they are purely a cosmetic issue, and once on your roof who's going to see! When they were removed from the solar farm they were performing to spec and we have tested them to ensure they are not affected by this cosmetic issue. As a complete management tool for OutBack Power systems, the MATE Remote Monitor & Controller is packed full of features to make system management simple. It provides a display of the operation as well as allows control and adjustment of the setpoints. The OutBack Mate also coordinates the operation of the entire system to maximize performance and to prevent multiple products from conflicting.
A single MATE can remotely manage and monitor multiple inverter/chargers, charge controllers and monitoring devices. The easy-to-read 3.1" (8 cm) LCD is backlit for dark operating conditions. Four soft keys allow easy context-based navigation of menus and functions. Two hot keys give immediate access to AC and inverter functions. A built-in clock and calendar function enables timer-based programming of inverter and charger operation, allowing the system to operate with time-of-day power rates or limit a generator's run time to a specific time period of the day or week. All settings are stored in permanent memory to eliminate the need to reprogram in the event of a system shutdown or battery replacement.
The MATE includes a RS232 port with DB9 jack for connection to the serial port of a PC computer. The MATE system display and controller is surface-mounted.
By adding the Mate Controller you can also use the outback inverters as a off grid/grid hybrid system allowing you to use the power from your batteries primarily and switching to use the grid when your batteries are low, thus minimising your use of the grid and ensuring you get the best use of your renewable power set-up, and yet never run out of power. Or you can configure an automatic generator start from them if needed.

MC4 Solar PV connectors - Pair of Y Branches
Connect your solar modules together with ease using these safe and durable MC4 connectors. This pair of "Y" shape connectors (one in a male to female, female configuration, and one in a female to male, male configuration) will allow you to connect panels or strings of panels together.
