VE.Direct communication port

ECO mode
When in ECO mode, the inverter will switch to standby when the load decreases below a preset value. Once in standby the inverter will switch on for a short period every 2,5 seconds (adjustable). If the load exceeds the preset level, the inverter will remain on.
Remote on/off
A remote on/off switch or relay contact can be connected to a two pole connector. Alternatively, the H terminal (left) of the two pole connector can be switched to battery plus, or the L terminal (right) of the two pole connector can be switched to battery minus (or the chassis of a vehicle, for example).

The AN tracer models have a current limiting function, you can connect twice the rated power to the controller so if your on a budget you can use a smaller controller with more panels so that you get more power in winter or low light but don't risk overloading the controller in the summer. All-around electronic protections, including overcharging, over discharging, and PV reverse polarity protection, effectively ensure the safer and more reliable operation of the solar system for a longer service time. STÄUBLI MC4 Solar PV connectors - Pair of Y Branches
