I have been a customer of Bimble Solar for around 10 years. My farm is off grid, so I am totally reliant on my outback system performing reliably. Even the most robust systems suffer with problems and Bimble have always managed to source me the parts or replacements in double quick time to ensure minimum disruption. I purchased a replacement inverter many months ago and did not have time to commission the unit. When I eventually found the time to commission the new inverter, I was faced with a very challenging situation, as the new VFXR unit I purchased was not compatible with my existing stacked VFX 3048E system. I contacted Anthony at Bimble to see what my options were as my system is a stack of 3 units and replacing the full system was not really a viable option for me. Bimble went above and beyond what could ordinarily have been expected and tracked down a brand new VFX3048E unit from somewhere in Europe, arranging for it to be delivered and exchange for my incorrectly purchased VFXR3048E unit. All I can say, is that it is a truly outstanding way to deal with customers and they will always retain my custom whilst providing such a high level of customer service.
Their products are top quality. I bought my system for my campervan, actually using it as house power instead and saving money. I was given lots of info and advice from Bimble staff, even when I had a issue with a battery I thought faulty they had the patience to teach my dumb ass ;) lol. 100% my recommendation.
