The US3000C is an HESS solar battery system provided by Pylontech, developed with their own lithium iron phosphate cell to ensure the highest safety value and most promising life cycle. A self designed BMS protects the cell from abormal temperature, current, voltage, SoC and SoH.

The Pylontech US3000C has an incredible DoD of 95%.

The US3000C can be used to expand an existing US3000 bank. Please note, the US3000C needs to be used as the master battery when used to expand an existing US3000 bank.

Important

DIP switch has been deployed reversely. ON is down, OFF is UP. If DIP switches need to be 1000 then set it to 1110. MAX DISCHARGE AND CHARGE RATE IS ONLY APPLICABLE FOR +- 60 SECONDS

If using this battery with Victron equipment it requires a Type A communications cable to the Victron GX device not a Type B.

You can optionally add mounting brackets BRACK-US3000 to this product for a stable base, and to allow easy stacking of multiple units.

The cable image shows the cable that comes with the Solis hybrid which is 6AWG equivalent to 13.3mm square. The closest off the shelf metric equivalent would be 16mm square.  If using the Solis inverter with pylontech batteries, separate cable needs to be specified (see pylontech listing https://www.bimblesolar.com/PYLON-US3000C

A set of battery brackets which allows vertical stacking of the Pylon US3000 battery unit. 1 set required per battery.

**Please note: these fuse holders are designed to be opened in a specific way (see attached diagram in downloads section for guidance). Failure to follow the correct method will result in damage to the fuse holder, which is not covered by warranty.**

Fuse holder for NH type fuses, suitable for protecting and isolating cables between the battery and inverter or PV charge controller and the battery. Integrated handle enabling use as an isolator.

The 2 pole holder can be used to fuse and isolate both positive and negative at the same time, all in the same device or the positive conductor from two charge controllers for example.

Pylon battery cable accessory kit for use with all the different battery models. Each battery unit includes the interlink battery cables for parallel connection to another battery, whereas this pack is for connecting to the inverter/charger.

Please check the number of cable packs you need, according to your inverter/charge specifications. Each cable pack is rated at 100A continuous, and 125A peak.

This cable pack includes the following cables:

2 x 2m long power cables (1x positive and 1x negative) The cables are 25mm² and have an M8 eyelet on one end of each cable.

NH000 high capacity fuses suitable for protection of cables from batteries to inverters or charge controllers.
