I have purchased from Bimble a few times. I have only experienced one problem. My last order had to be cancelled due to a warehouse stock problem. My payment was refunded immediately; it is nice to find an honest company.

Delivery was very well organised... slightly difficult to get hold of someone to talk to when ordering, but I think that is because they are so busy! In general I am extremely pleased with the quality of the items supplied.

He covered all aspects of my application from component selection through to installation and future-proofing with attention to detail when requested inspiring confidence by displaying a knowledge and familiarity of the products all without any 'tech speak' that quickly enabled me to realise my requirements leaving me happy that I'd heard a professional opinion rather than a sales pitch.

I had a good experience with Bimblesolar in March and April, especially considering the level of demand in the renewables sector at the moment. They were upfront about availability and communicated very effectively. Grant was particularly helpful breaking up my order to keep my project progressing while waiting for other parts to come in stock. Five Stars. A solar company who you can actually rely on in difficult times. Four orders with Bimble Solar over the last couple of weeks including a Victron Quattro inverter that was delivered today . Slight hold up on the first order as it was quite a few different items and i knew one item was showing out of stock . Other orders were dispatched quickly. Due to recent Solar boom it has proved very difficult to get hold of 4kw Victron inverters . I cancelled orders with 3 other companies who all lied about having stock when they had none and in most cases had no idea at all when they could get delivery. Bimble Solar were the only company to come through with the goods and one of the few companies i've dealt with over the last couple of weeks who are actually honest about their stock levels. Highly recommended , came through with the goods with flying colours at a time when Solar equipment is proving difficult to source.
