Terms & Conditions

Any issues must be notified to us with in 24 hours of receipt of the items, we will deal with any problems quickly and fairly.


Any warranty issues within 1 year of your purchase we will help handle for you.  The waranty replacement must be approved by the manufactuer and then you are responsible for returning the item to us for a warranty replacement.  In the event you need to use a manufacturers warranty beyond 1 year of your purchase from us you must talk directly with the manufacturer.  For our 'main stocked' items we will also try to help where possible beyond 1 year.


All our standard stocked products have a no quibble 14 day returns policy.  Items must still be in an 'as new' condition, unopened with all original packaging.  You must pay return shipping costs. Returns must be made within 14 days from the delivery date, after this period we cannot accept returns.  Original shipping costs are not refundable.  A returns number must be requested by emailing info@bimblesolar.com with a reason for the return.  We will then provide you details of where to return the item.  Special order items are handled on a case by case basis and we may not be able to accept a return of a special ordered or customised item.


Delivery times are as detailed on our Delivery Information page, and you accept and agree to these as part of the Terms and Conditions.
