Solar panel deliveries are performed by SilverSprint. They operate a specialist economy delivery service with vans going to different parts of the UK mainland each day. Panels are usually delivered the week after you order. Your order will be scheduled into their round and they will call you to let you know a day and time to expect your panels. If you need to check on your delivery you can use the tracking number (listed on your order in your account) or you can contact them with your name and postcode saying that you are waiting for some solar panels on Tel: 0844 209 4664 Email - info@silversprint.co.uk
Please note solar panels are hand delivered without any packaging, this ensures safe delivery and saves wasting huge amounts of packing materials which is important to us as an ecological company.
SilverSprint Panel delivery days are usually, South of England, from Cornwall across to Dover and all of East Anglia on a Monday and Tuesday and then the rest of the country from Wednesday to Friday.
Mainland England: Solar panel delivery costs £24 +vat for the first panel and £6 +vat per additional panel. Orders of over 15 panels will incur an additional charge.
London - Our couriers are now offering more regular London deliveries with London North on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday and London South on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday.
Scotland: There is a £15 - £25 +vat surcharge for Scotland and deliveries are only availble up to Inverness, but you can arrange to meet with the courier in Inverness on a specified date and time. Deliveries to Scotland are only every 2-3 weeks, your order will be booked onto the next Scotland delivery.

Remote Scotland - Pallet delivery only - depending on the area the price quoted might need to be increased to reach your area. We will contact you after ordering if there is an increase.
Wales: Deliveries to Wales are generally 1-2 weeks, however some 'remote' areas are only every 2-3 weeks.

Out Of Area - If the shipping quote shows as Out Of Area we may have to re-quote your shipping if the estimate does not cover the cost to ship to your area. We will contact you if it is more costly to send to your remote location.
If you need panels faster or to remote areas then you can select to use our Get It Faster / Pallet Delivery service in the check out. Depending on your location and your order your delivery will come either as a priority delivery via our couriers or via a Pallet Delivery. For UK mainland this is usually 3-5 working days. The shopping cart and check out will calculate the costs and times for your area. If your order includes items which are not in stock or items which availability is usually over 1 week then this may delay part or all of your order.
Please note that Highlands and Islands may incur additional charges, we will contact you after your order if necessary.
Other equipment is sent via a variety of couriers to provide the best cost to our customers, delivery time is usually around 1 week depending on stock levels. You will usually be notified of dispatch, and you can track your items on your order in your account.
International Shipping: We can send solar panels on pallets anywhere in the world. Most of Europe costs £250 to £350 per pallet, some further destinations cost more. We will inform you if the cost of shipping is more than quoted or paid when you ordered. Please contact us for a quote for other international locations. All our other equipment can also be shipped anywhere in the world.
