Delivery instructions
We will assume you are available to receive goods Mon to Fri 9-5 from tracked and non-tracked services, unless you inform us otherwise in the 'delivery information' box at checkout. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that someone will be available at the address given to receive, inspect and sign for the delivery. Any delivery that is attempted but fails may be chargeable. We assume that you will check any email or mobile communications from the courier, in order to facilitate your delivery. Re-delivery fees may occur if you do not check your email or mobile and respond to any issues that arise from the courier, resulting in goods returning to us.
We will also assume you can receive deliveries from a large lorry - if this is not the case you must tell us in the delivery notes.
Large solar panels (200w+) are delivered separately to our other equipment - they come via our specialist courier Furdeco, to ensure their safety in arriving to you - Full details below.

In order to be as kind to the environment as we can, we group our hand delivery orders to reduce the carbon footprint to as small as possible. This does sometimes mean a slightly longer wait, which we hope you understand and encourage. We aim to be zero waste, our panels are delivered in reusable safety sleeves, without packaging, which again we hope you encourage.

Orders are generally processed next working day and received by Furdeco. You will receive an email from us when the order is passed to Furdeco then they will advise you of a delivery date.
Once routed Furdeco will send a delivery time notification by sms/email and give a pre-delivery call.
IMPORTANT - If you are not in or change your delivery day after 1:30pm the day before you have an agreed delivery date, you will be charged a repeat fee for a 2nd delivery.
Other Equipment
Other equipment is sent via a variety of couriers to provide the best cost to our customers, 'In stock' items are normally shipped out on a next day service, so delivery is generally 1-2 working days. Tracking for your order is emailed to you when the goods leave our warehouse, or you can track the progress of your order in your account.
Orders under £15 will be sent untracked with Royal Mail to keep shipping prices as low as possible for small orders.
International Shipping: We can send most things overseas, except solar panels and batteries, shipping is calculated at checkout. You can arrange freight forwarding for panels and batteries, we are happy to simply ship to a UK freigh forwarding address. We will inform you if the cost of shipping is more than quoted or paid when you order. Note if you export, we will require you to pay a holding VAT charge until you provide us with an acceptable proof of export at which point we can refund the VAT to you.

Pallets to Republic of Ireland - including all Lithium Batteries
To import your order into The Republic of Ireland you MUST supply us with an EORI number.
If you are a private individual, you should register for an EORI number via Revenue myAccount.
Login to myAccount and submit a new enquiry asking to request an EORI number.
Damages/Missing items Shown on Packing Sheet - We expect you to contact us within 24hrs to inform us of any missing items or damaged goods, with photographs of damage and/or our packing sheet.
If your parcel or pallet arrives damaged, you must sign as 'DAMAGED' or refuse to accept it
If accepting and signing 'DAMAGED' you must take a photo of the delivery docket you have just signed.
Damaged boxes need photographing BEFORE opening, or we cannot make a claim.
Note: Battery deliveries that are damaged must be be evidenced with photographs within 24hrs of delivery to us by email in order to make a claim.
