Bimble were happy to answer pre-purchase questions, check my basket for completeness and compatibility and offer a little assistance after purchase. Although the delivery charges were not cheap, the panel arrived undamaged. Compare it to furniture delivery prices and it's not that bad really. The kit on arrival was fine and worked as soon as I connected everything up. Not often that happens!

Excellent customer service throughout. I contacted Bimble Solar to check on delivery times and for some advice on battery chargers and they were really helpful on both. The delivery times were very quick and good information on when it was arriving. Would definitely buy from them again and cannot recommend them highly enough
