One Battery-Box Premium HVS is composed of 2 to 5 HVS battery modules that are connected in series to achieve a usable capacity of 5.1 to 12.8 kWh. Additionally, direct parallel connection of up to 3 identical Battery-Box Premium HVS allows a maximum capacity of 38.4 kWh. Ability to scale by adding HVS modules or parallel HVS stacks later.
The GEN24 Plus leaves nothing to be desired with numerous features such as energy management functions, WLAN connection as standard, Ethernet connectivity and easy integration of third-party components. Thanks to a selection of backup power options (PV Point, full backup) in particular, it ensures the highest degree of power supply reliability.
The BYD HVS/HVM range is built up using this battery base and control unit (BMU), and then adding modules to the system.
One base/BMU is required for HVS systems between 5.1kWh and 12.8kWh.
One base/BMU is required for HVM systems between 8.3kWh and 22.1kWh.
For multiple stack in parallel, multiple base/BMU units are required.
The Fronius Smart Meter is a bidirectional meter, which optimises self-consumption, records the load curve and controls the various energy flows. Thanks to highly accurate measurements and rapid communication via the Modbus RTU interface, dynamic feed-in control when feed-in limits are imposed is faster and more accurate than with the S0 meter.
Together with the Fronius Solar.web, the Smart Meter presents a clear overview of the power consumption. In combination with the Fronius storage solutions, the device ensures a perfect coordination of various energy flows, which optimises the entire energy management. The Fronius Smart Meter is ideally suited for use with the GEN24 Plus, as well as all Fronius inverters with the Fronius Datamanager 2.0.
