The converters (both isolated and non-isolated) are essentially a power source to provide a stable output voltage for sensitive loads, or to provide a 12V output from a 24V battery (or vice versa, with some options for 48V too). The output voltage is factory set but can be adjusted using a potentiometer (small twist knob). They are not Smart and therefore do not connect to Bluetooth for programming with Victron Connect.
