These sturdy and simple low level solar PV mounting structures, made from galvanised tubular steel can be used together to make up a modular solar array from 2 to 8 panels in portrait orientation. For PV panels up to a width of 1145mm.
These can be attached either via ground poles that are driven directly into the soil, which, if suitable is far cheaper than using traditional concrete foundations, although these can also be bolted down to concrete footings if so required. The panels are mounted in portrait, in groups of between 2 and 8 panels and with their low profile are perfect for fitting discreetly behind buildings or hedges, making them far more compliant for planning consent in sensitive or conservation areas.
Starting with a primary 2 panel frame, you are able to add on to a maximum of Three 2 panel extension modules in 1 row.
Two ground fixing systems are available to allow attachment to either a concrete foundation base or directly into the ground.
