This SEC HDC150-12 12v 150AH Deep Cycle AGM Battery has been designed for cyclic applications, whilst maintaining all the added advantages of starved electrolyte” technology; fast charging, very low gassing, wide temperature range, high capacity per mono bloc, can be operated in any orientation and is offering a Design Life of up to 10 years at 20°C.

This SEC AGM battery is a premium product in the mainstream VRLA monobloc market. Special alloy plates mean a long float life product with a renowned cyclic ability. Add in great high rate performance and you have a product that consistently outperforms the competition.

Sealed Construction

The battery's unique construction and sealing technique ensures no electrolyte leakage from case or terminals.

Electrolyte Suspension System

All HDC AGM series batteries utilise unique electrolyte suspension system's incorporating a microfibre glass mat to retain the maximum amount of electrolyte in the cells. The electrolyte is retained in the separator material and there is no free electrolyte to escape from the cells.

Control of Gas Generation

The design of the HDC series batteries incorporates the very latest oxygen recombination technology to effectively control the generation of gas during normal use.

Valve Regulated Design

The batteries are equipped with a simple, safe low-pressure venting system which releases excess gas and automaticaly reseals should there be a build-up of gas within the battery due to severe overcharge. Note. On no account should the battery be charged in a sealed container.
