Very special people, they have given me great advise, information and help on three occasions so far. Had a faulty controller 1.5 years old and they swopped it out without any questions. Very glad there are still companies and people out there that are professional and passionate, instead of the corporate clones one normally had to deal with. Fantastic and a pleasure to deal with.

Really simple explanation of what I required for a customers camper, first rate service and really nice folk!
**IMPORTANT** - PLEASE TAKE NOTE: there may be an error in the DC power supply polarity markings on the power cable, and the red (+ve label) DC supply cable should be wired to the negative battery terminal, and the black (-ve label) DC supply cable should be wired to the positive battery terminal. Please get in touch with us if you need any clarification on this. *** THIS ISSUE MAY HAVE BEEN CORRECTED FOR THE LATEST STOCK OF THE UNITS, SO MAY NO LONGER BE A PROBLEM. ***
