I arrived at the scheduled time to collect the battery I'd ordered the previous week. The person I dealt with got the paperwork, loaded the battery onto a sack trolley, wheeled it out to my car and helped me load it into the boot. The whole process only took 5 or 6 minutes. Very efficient. Good communications too.
