I highly recommend Bimble for the quality of their customer experience, service and quality control throughout.
In a very sad set of circumstances, the first parcel they sent to me was held and would have been delivered too late for me. Grant was kind enough to send an entirely new unit to me so it could reach me in time, and did so quick and with great communication.
When the parcel arrived, I could see that it had been opened for quality control after the manufacturer’s own, and then sent to me only once they were assured all was alright with the device.
As I said, an all-in-all perfect experience with a shop that I would highly recommend!

Brilliant, the person who helped in the phone ( Emma?) was amazing, so helpful and going out of her way to help. The blokes in the warehouse were also so helpful, they had it all ready and helped put it in the car. All so friendly and had time for me, a level of customer service that is rare these days . I would highly recommend. Nothing to dislike.
