Exceptional customer service, and delivery experience. We had bimble recommended to us by other narrow boaters and will do the same. I asked a couple of technical questions by email and got quick friendly replies. The kit was delivered in two parts, controller ect in one and panels via special courier, on both occasions I got delivery slot updates and a call from the driver.

Placed my order on Friday 30th April, 24 hours and 13 minutes later my order is sat on the table in front of me! Absolutely delighted with the service. Thank you.The DPD chap who delivered was brilliant, He delivered the parcel then spent ages playing with my dog. The dog was devastated when he left.
