All staff were friendly and helpful. I spoke to Grant at length. He covered all aspects of my application from component selection through to installation and future-proofing with attention to detail when requested inspiring confidence by displaying a knowledge and familiarity of the products all without any 'tech speak' that quickly enabled me to realise my requirements leaving me happy that I'd heard a professional opinion rather than a sales pitch.

I have always had a good service from Bimble Solar and for that, I wouldnt use anyone else. When I have had to pick up the phone and ask a silly question, they have always gone out of their way to be most helpful. They even done themselves out of an expensive sale by offering me cheaper better alternative. Am always kept well informed of when my items are coming. Their website is very easy to use and also helpful with things like the Solar Calculator. Prices are very good to.
