The Victron EasySolar-II GX integrates the following elements:
• A MultiPlus-II inverter/charger
• A SmartSolar MPPT -Tr solar charge controller
• A GX device with a 2 x 16-character display.
These elements come prewired together inside a single unit. This greatly simplifies most installations, saving time and money. Display and Wi-Fi The display reads battery, inverter and solar charge controller parameters. The same parameters can be accessed with a smartphone or other Wi-Fi enabled device. In addition, Wi-Fi can be used to set up the system and to change settings. Solar charge controller The DC output of the SmartSolar MPPT is parallel wired with the DC connection of the MultiPlus-II inverter/charger. The on/off mechanism of the MultiPlus-II also controls the SmartSolar MPPT. GX device
The integrated GX device includes:
• A BMS-Can interface. This can be used to connect to a compatible CAN-bus managed battery. Note that this not a VE.Can compatible port.
• A USB port
• An Ethernet port
• A VE.Direct port
The GX device controls the MultiPlus-II and the SmartSolar MPPT with respectively a VE.Bus and a VE.Direct connection.

The SmartShunt is an all in one battery monitor, only without a display. Your phone acts as the display. The SmartShunt connects via Bluetooth to the VictronConnect App on your phone (or tablet) and you can conveniently read out all monitored battery parameters, like state of charge, time to go, historical information and much more.
Alternatively the SmartShunt can be connected and be read by a GX device. Connection to the SmartShunt is made via a VE.Direct cable.
The SmartShunt is a good alternative for a BMV battery monitor, especially for systems where battery monitoring is needed but less wiring and clutter is wanted.
The SmartShunt is equipped with Bluetooth, a VE.Direct port and a connection that can be used for: monitoring a second battery, midpoint monitoring or a temperature sensor.
This unit has M10 bolts.
Victron MK3-USB Configuration Interface
The MK3-USB allows the following products to connect to a computer for configuration and firmware updates using the Victron VE Configure software
Multi, MultiGrid, MultiPlus, MultiPlus-II, Quattro, Inverter/Charger settings in ECOmulti, EasySolar, EasyPlus, and other Inverters with a VE.Bus communication port.
Counsider purchasing a Cat 5 ethernet cable to go with this product if you don't already have one. You won't be able to connect the MK3 interface to an inverter product without an ethernet cable.

The VEConfigure tools are only available for Windows. For Mac, there is a (not officially supported) work around available.

Why Orange? Why no Red & Black options...
We only sell loose orange weld cable which is better than the red or black alternatives. It's top quality tinned copper cable, you need to accept the colour of the sheath or heat shrink over it. The benefits of tinned copper is better conductivity and much great corrosion resistance for marine and mobile applications.
In addition, our battery cables are manufactured in accordance with BS 638 Part 4 & EN 50525-2-81. It has a rubber compound to achieve the 85deg temp rating to meet all the requirements of EM5, that allows the cable to achieve the increased current carrying capacity.
Inferior cable has PVC instead of rubber and can only achieve a 70deg temp rating, which suggest a reduced current carrying capacity and inability to meet EM5 standards.
300A Battery isolator switch, 900A for 30 secs, up to 48 Volt, M10 connection. Can be use on 12, 24 or 48 Volt system as long as switch current rating is not exceeded.

The SE7 side-entry twin cable gland is the perfect solution when space is limited or when loops from conventional top entry glands are not appropriate.
Available in various finishes, (but only in black with us) the entire SE series of glands are tested achieving the IP68 rating which ensures a perfect waterproof solution for various cable management applications.

The VE.Direct cable is used for comunication between Victron VE Direct devices. For example it can be used to connect a Victron battery monitor to the Victron Colour Control or to connect a Victron GlobalLink 520 to a Victron MPPT Controller that has a VE direct port.
M8 male to M10 male thread adapter in stainless steel. Useful to change size of thread for battery posts that have threaded inserts.
