Bimble were friendly and helpful when I initially contacted them and despatched goods the same day. They should have been delivered next day but UK Mail fracked up and I didn't get it until 2 days later. Bimble were also helpful with a technical query I subsequently called them about.

Have used Bimble twice now; always super helpful; they're in sales yes but it is just as important to them as it is to you to get the right set up / parts. They don't just wave goodbye at the checkout either, they are more than happy to help with installation questions, offer help, advice and any after care. Good prices on great equipment. I can not fault them. Brilliant. I always rec. Bimble to folk on the waterways looking for solar power.
