**Please note: although we have added the latest user manual from SunSynk to our downloads section, there are some known errors. The 50kW hybrid requires high voltage (HV) batteries, and there are some erroneous references to low voltage batteries in screenshots and text in the manual. Sunsynk are in the process of addressing this, and we will add the next version of the manual as it becomes available. Low voltage (LV) batteries, such as Pylontech 48V US5000 modules, are NOT suitable for use with this inverter.**
