Dear Boaters - it is your responsibility to lay your panels flat if you are leaving the boat for any period or if the weather is particularly WINDY!

You must ascertain the size of panel appropriate for your situation, installation, location and weather!

While this mount can take large panels, you must take your own advice on what is appropriate for your installation.

We are pleased to make available a tilt mount system that will let you flip your panels from port to starboard.

Great for boats that like to cruise or change moorings!

Simply tilt your panel from one side to the other using the telescopic legs and simple design, so that your solar panel catches the best sun no matter which way round you moor. By adjusting the tilt mount, the panels can lay flat - great for when you are on the move and need a good line of sight.

Why are these mounts semi-permanent?  As they can be done up; so they can be undone.  As with any solar on boats, consider additional security.

Mounting Rails will be supplied in 2.2m lengths.  This would mean the maximum length solar panel you can use with these is 2.1m long

Suitable for panels:

Length: 1000 - 2100 mm

Width: 800mm +

Height: 30 - 46mm 

Consider the fixing points for the telescopic legs being close together when bolted through the roof and decide if you need to add extra re-inforcement.
