The Original MC4 product portfolio now offers a PV connector with the easy-to-use snap-in technology. This PV DC connector is quick to install as it enables crimp-free assembly without the need for special tools. The reduced complexity of the assembly process allows to save time while granting Stäubli quality.
The MC4-Evo ready is mateable with the Stäubli Original MC4 product portfolio as proved by TÜV Rheinland interoperability test with triple test severity.

It is acceptable to hand tighten these connectors, but if you wanted to use a spanner type Staubli tool the reference is 32.6070 (MC4-MS-EVO READY) and currently you will need to source this yourself.
