Marlec’s battery charge controllers are pre-programmed with regulation settings to match Lead-Acid batteries. The Marlec charge controller universal reprogram software enables you to change the voltage regulation levels and other parameters for the HRDi, Rutland 1200 Controllers (Marine & Terrain) and the Rutland 1803 MPC-2 Controller to suit alternative battery types.
Configure Your Controller in Three Simple Steps:
- Plug the USB end of the controller interface lead into your PC and allow windows to install all the Drivers.
- Insert the USB stick provided into your PC and extract the the application. (The application can also be ran from the USB stick).
- Connect a DC power supply of the intended system voltage to the Battery terminals of the controller and use the Marlec program installed to change your controller regulation settings.
- The software app and interface cable is only compatible with PC’s running Windows XP or later.
- The controller needs to be powered by a battery or DC power supply of the correct system voltage connected to the main battery terminals on the controller.
